Why am I unable to withdraw?

Modified on Mon, 27 Jul at 11:36 AM

I’m sorry you’re running into trouble withdrawing, that’s really frustrating.

There are a few common reasons why a withdrawal can be blocked:
1) Minimum withdrawal amount
There is a minimum withdrawal of £100. If you try to withdraw less than that, it won’t go through.

2) Repayments not up to date
A withdrawal will be refused if you’re not up to date with your repayments.

3) Not enough available credit
Any withdrawal must stay within your available credit. If the withdrawal would take your outstanding balance over your credit limit, it will be declined.

4) Account security or risk checks

We may temporarily or permanently stop withdrawals if needed to:
- Protect the security of your account
- Prevent suspected fraud or illegal use
- Reflect a significant increase in the risk that you may not be able to repay
- If information in your application needs verifying
- If we’re unable to contact you
- If you’ve told us someone else knows your security details
